Massimo Alba Fall 2025 Menswear Collection

At Massimo Alba, warm hospitality has never left the house. His new fall 2025 collection was staged within the four walls that we inhabit everyday, a set designed to get as close as possible to truth, understanding who we are and the reasons behind anything we do. “What we do is simply design clothes that we like and make us feel good,” said Alba. “There’s no marketing involved. My wardrobe follows my heart.”

Revolving his latest collection around the topics of authenticity, identity and attitude, the colors and materials tuned in to laid back formalwear. Between toasty velvets and gauzed cashmeres (staples of the brand), a 700-gram cashmere felt with which Alba created a shell halfway between a traditional double-breasted blazer and a picot stood out as the key item of the season. The outerwear category featured the most innovations: from the waterproof nylon and cashmere double-faced jackets such as Bomber G and Chevrolet to the waxed and washed canvas jackets Lucio and Mustang, they brought sportswear into the designer’s world. “This time I felt like pushing the collection more towards a sporty attitude, while still balancing it out with a modern tailoring approach,” Alba said.

Thanks to a fascination with the concept of invisibility, there was a small handcrafted four-leaf clover embroidered on the side of each piece, hiding the logo inside the clothes, nestled into a classy satin fabric with a vintage feel to it. This same concept is what propelled the collaboration with friend and artist Paolo Ventura, which unfolded through Alba’s iconic handkerchiefs. Reinterpreted with poetry and fantasy, the numbered limited series of hand-painted accessories is available in Alba’s space on via Corsico, creating a dialogue between art and fashion.
