The brand was often compared to Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop which focuses on the same subjects of wellness, skincare, and health. However, many people took to interpret this as an ongoing warfare between the two because apparently women can’t run their own lifestyle brand without being compared.

March 18, 2025: Gwyneth Paltrow Says She Doesn’t Know Meghan at All
Despite living in the same neighborhood in Montecito, Calif., Paltrow told Vanity Fair, “I don’t know Meghan and Harry. I mean, I’ve met Meghan, who seems really lovely, but I don’t know her at all. Maybe I’ll try to get through their security detail and bring them a pie.”
She also commented on the supposed competition between their two lifestyle brands and the backlash Meghan received on her Netflix show With Love, Meghan. “There’s noise about certain women in the culture, I do have, always, a strong instinct to stand up for them.”
“I was raised to see other women as friends, not foes,” Paltrow told the outlet firmly. “I think there’s always more than enough to go around. Everybody deserves an attempt at everything that they want to try.” She says her mother gave her this lesson, telling young Paltrow: “Another woman is never your competition” and “what is right for you will find you.”
